Process library: this is a web site you can use to get the peskey blue screen reports it can in most cases give you some idea why you have a problem report.

Fileext is a handy link when some one sends you an email or you find a file you can not open go to this link and enter the extension and it will tell you what programs can open this style of file.

Portable Applications: This file is about 250Meg when installed and you place it and your Microsoft office data on a thumb drive with the program then use it on other people’s computers without needing any other programs and unless you delete a file it will not leave any thing on the visiting computer.
